Terms

Payment terms and shipping, explained up front

No deposits before a written quotation, no payment buttons, no surprises about documents. This page states how orders are paid and shipped at WENHE MACHINERY — and what we will confirm in writing before you commit to anything.

In one line

Quotation first, T/T or L/C, shipped from Qingdao

Exact terms, lead times and documents are stated in the written quotation for your order.

Payment

How orders are paid

Two bank channels cover the machinery trade. Which one applies is agreed in the quotation — never before.

Most common

T/T bank transfer

30% deposit when the order is confirmed, 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Used for most single-machine orders.

Larger orders

L/C at sight

Accepted for larger orders and tender projects. The issuing bank must be acceptable to us — this is confirmed before the contract is signed, not after.

How we sell

No online checkout

Machines are not sold through payment buttons or "buy now" systems. Every order is quoted in writing and contracted first, which protects both sides on specification, terms and documentation.

Restricted destinations: if bank transfers to or from your country are restricted — a real issue for some CIS destinations — tell us where you are before requesting a quotation. We will confirm plainly which channels work for your market, or say honestly that we cannot serve it.

Shipping

How machines are delivered

Loading port, trade terms and timelines — stated typically, confirmed per order.

Trade terms (Incoterms 2020)

EXW
Ex Works. You arrange the whole journey from the factory gate.
FOB
Free on Board. We deliver the machine to the vessel at the loading port; you arrange ocean freight.
CIF
Cost, Insurance, Freight. We pay freight and insurance to your destination port.
DAP
Delivered at Place. We deliver to your site; inland legs are quoted per destination.

Machines are normally loaded at Qingdao, China. Other Chinese ports can be arranged on request.

Timelines, stated honestly

Production windows are stated in the quotation. As a typical range, in-line models take roughly 30–60 days after the deposit is received; non-standard configurations take longer and are quoted per order.

Ocean transit from Qingdao is roughly 3–5 weeks to European ports, and longer to some inland CIS destinations. The exact routing and transit are quoted per order — nothing on this page is a delivery guarantee.

Depending on model and destination, machines ship as static cargo (flat rack, open top or breakbulk) or in containers, arranged with the supplying factory and your freight forwarder.

Documents provided

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading
  • Certificate of origin where your market requires one
  • Pre-shipment inspection or QC reports
Inspection

Checking the machine before it ships

Verification options that do not require you to fly to China — and the limits we state openly.

Video walkthrough

A live video inspection of the supplying factory and the machine before shipment, at agreed points of the production schedule.

Third-party inspection

Pre-shipment inspection by companies such as SGS, TÜV or CCIC can be arranged, at your cost. Reports are shared with you before the balance is paid.

Whole-machine samples

Shipping a complete machine as a sample is not practical and is not standard in this trade. Small parts and attachments can be shipped on request, with freight at your cost.

FAQ

Payment and shipping questions

Short answers to what buyers ask before a first order. Anything not covered here — ask directly.

For machines, no. Orders are paid by bank transfer (T/T) or letter of credit (L/C) after a written quotation and contract. Online checkout is not used for machinery orders.

No published minimum. A single machine can be quoted; spare parts and attachments are quoted per request. Quantity, configuration and price are settled in the written quotation for each order.

Normally Qingdao, China. Other Chinese loading ports can be arranged on request.

Yes — DAP delivery is available. The inland leg is quoted per destination after we know the site address.

Tell us your country before asking for a quotation. We will confirm in plain terms which channels actually work for your market — or tell you honestly that we cannot serve it. This is a real consideration for some CIS destinations.

Road, emission and machinery-safety rules differ by market. Compliance is confirmed — or explicitly ruled out — in the quotation for your destination. This site does not claim compliance with any specific regulation.

Nothing on this page is a binding offer. Payment terms, lead times, documents and trade terms are confirmed in the written quotation for each order. Planning your inquiry? Themachinery inquiry checklistlists what to include so your quotation arrives faster.
